On Sunday 8/5/07 Mike, Jim, Vicky, Lily, and I (Mary) left the Cougar Mt. Redtown Trailhead for Long Marsh. The hike was 2.9 miles and took us one hour 18 minutes. The elevation gain was 137 feet.
